okay the corn muffins were a hit my boyfriend couldn't even tell they were gf/df and that I made them, he says your
doing a great job and that they taste "normal"
having fresh baked cookie smell in my house is a wonderful thing, it is so nice to have such a verity of cookies my kids
love them.
girl that banana cake was out of this world, it was so moist and yummy, and the fresh banana in the middle just topped it
you would never have thought it was sugar free. (sf banana cake w/fresh sliced banana and whip cream filling and
frosting)
two thumbs up on the ravioli it was so nice to come home from work and pop them in the oven, by time i had the salad
done we had fresh baked ravioli and my husband and daughter thought they were delicious, your alfredo sauce was
yummy too. thanks so much (spinach ravioli w/alfredo sauce)
I got two muffin samples today. OMG it was so good (pumpkin spice)
It was great meeting with you today. we loved the muffins, and the whole family thought the apple pie (we had a bit after
dinner) was equally delicious as well. The crust was so flakey, and not at all bulky-blandish (sounds like a gluten free
term) or gooey – like some we’ve seen. we had a few GF snacks thus far, but the banana muffins, he said, were the
best muffins he’s EVER had gluten free or not. Just wanted to pass that along. I look forward to trying some of the other
things on the list as I get a better idea of what we might need or want to try. (banana muffins, chocolate chip cookie
dough, apple pie)
Dawn, I just wanted to let you know my daughter absolutely loved her birthday cake it was so much more then we were
expecting, and I can't believe the cakes were so good!!!! we can not wait for the bakery and love that you are doing

Last night I made fresh clam fritters. The flour/batter fried up so beautifully....so much better than regular wheat flour.
They were perfect....and I'm a major critic of clam fritters. The outside was crispy/crunchy and a beautiful color, the
inside melted in my mouth. Two big thumbs up...way up...for the flour mix.
I substituted your 'flour' as well, agave syrup as the sweetner. It is a fantastic cake. It rose up nicely, in fact even taller
than I expected...and NO grainy texture. (Who need that gluten, anyway?)
the tiramsiu cake was a huge hit, and really made my mother's Christmas special. thank you so much for going the extra
mile (or several!) to get these to us in time for our gatherings. I'll definitely be in touch for future orders.
just to let you know I used your flour mix to make our christmas cake and brownies, they turned out wonderful I did just
like you said I follow a regular recipe and just substituted your flour mix and it turned out, I could not believe it.

I was so surprised to return from being out of town overnight and find the balckberry pie. I am very impressed with your
customer service...and I'm not really even a customer yet. Being hard to impresss makes me a good mark for good
food. I did not get a birthday cake this last July, due to the gluten intolerance. However, I just had the nicest treat of
blackberry pie that has taken the place of any old gluten-filled birthday cake. Your pie is super! The flavor of the
berries is tart, but not too twangy. It's juicy, but not too juicy. The crust has great flavor...the almond extract does the
trick. It gets an A+ in gluten-free baking. Congratulations! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making me feel so
special.....and coming all the way to Occidental to do so.

the grandkids and I had a great time making cookies this year, I want to thank you for the dough it was so easy we were
able to roll out the sugar dough and the kids made pumpkins they had so much fun.
The turkey dinner was very good and the servings where great thanks, I had enough turkey & stuffing to make the best
leftover grilled turkey sandwich in a long time :-))

I have to think you're in the right area and I have to say that your chocolate cupcakes were amazing! I wouldn't have
known they were gluten free. My gluten free bread choices in the store are appalling and the bread is like a brick
instead of bread, so if your bread is anything like your cupcakes I'd have to imagine you could sell to Oliver's Markets or
Trader Joe's, maybe even Whole Foods. They were wonderful. Thanks for dropping them off
That german chocolate cake you made for me was one of the best I have ever had the frosting had just enough

I hope this spreads. It is really time consuming trying to grocery shop. It can take multiple trips around town to gather all
the needed foods.
this is a great idea I know a lot of people that would like to see this store locally, we are tired of stores that don't have a
lot of variety when we know there are a lot more gluten free manufactures out there.
I think this would be a great thing. I know a store like this just opened down in Sherman Oaks or thousand oaks and it is
doing extremely well. A store would be a great thing in the north bay, then people with Celiac can shop worry free
knowing everything they see they can have. :)
There's always been a need for your type of bakery. Years ago, in the '70's when I diagnosed myself as having celiac's
(I've always got excema, dry skin and stomach aches when eating too much wheat), I bought gluten free bakery goods--
Giusto's in South SF used to carry non-gluten cookies--rice and soy, but they've stopped those items awhile back. Have
been experimenting on my own with rice, oat and potato flours (soy doesn't work for me). Thanks for making this
possible!
Since one in every 145 people have Celiac I think this type of store is needed, I just meet a couple in a local store trying
to find ingredients for gluten free bread her husband just found out he had celiac they are an older couple and were
very disappointed in the lack of choices they live in Petaluma CA . I have another friend who's child needs to eat gluten
free they live in Santa Rosa CA and still many more to many to list who live in this or surrouding area's. Thank You for
considering this type of store.

My little sister just found you at the farmers market tonight! I found out I had Celiacs about 6 months ago and have been
trying to adjust to this new lifestyle ever since. I get so excited when I learn about new products and meet people that
share the illness. I tried the pumpkin roll and lemon bar tonight and they were delicious! Probably the best gluten free
treats I have had. Thank you! This is very exciting for me. I will have to stop by the farmers market sometime, although I

I have been on a gluten free diet for three weeks and have just wanted to give up many times, all for the same difficulties
that you have encountered. But unfortunately that is not an option. When my friend gave me your card I felt comforted,
