Chili's Grill & Bar; you will need to ask for a Gluten Free Menu
to view their menu online, click their logo, go to menu, page down to download
allergen information, this will bring up a pdf file page down to Chili's Wheat
and Gluten Allergen Information. This will give you a copy of their Gluten Free
menu (menu changes frequently so always ask for one)
Chili's has a great selection of Gluten Free items to choose from, we have eaten
at the Rohnert Park location several times and my daughter's favorite: Honey
BBQ Ribs & Broccoli with a chocolate shake.

unfortunately their website doesn't have a Gluten Free Menu, because only

they have the "bestest" steak .

Mary's Pizza Shack; is now serving Gluten Free Pizza in all their Pizza Shack
locations. Mary's is hoping to bring us more Gluten Free options soon. We will
keep you posted.

We tried the GF Pizza (pepperoni & black olive) at the Summerfield location and
OMG it was good! My son says it's almost as yummy as their "real" pizza, he
doesn't have gluten allergies, but is always willing to give his opinion. My
daughter (celiac) says it is great. We will definitely get another, hopefully it will be
available in Rohnert Park SOON!
